Today we ran the "free clinic loop." Today was discouraging. Felt like I was sucking air really bad. Legs felt like lead. To make things worse I was running with 2 girls that had just ran the 1/2 marathon on Saturday while I did the 5k and they were kicking my butt. Running is total mental and I feel like I am in a terrible mind set. I have a lot on my plate coming up and I have to remember why I run and how good it is for me.
Didn't turn my watch on right but prob around a 9 min mile pace
